What is wildmansbooks.com?

Wildman’s Books is a woman owned independent online bookstore.  We specialize in getting hard to find books directly from the publisher.  We are owned and operated out of Santa Fe, NM and we were established in 2020.

 

How long does shipping usually take?

For the free delivery, or media mail, we use USPS, and they say 3-10 days from the date of shipment.  If you choose priority shipping, it usually takes about 3 days after shipping to arrive.  

Shipping times are in addition to processing times, which can vary. 

If we have to special order the item it can take longer.  

 

How can I track My Order? 

To track your order, first you need to please create an account. This can be done before or after you have placed an order. If you have created an account after your purchase, we can still link your order so you can log in to view it’s progress! Requests must be sent via email to: customer.service@wildmansbooks.com

 

What does “Special Order” mean?

During times of great demand some best selling titles may be placed on controlled release by the publisher, meaning that they are requiring a special order to guarantee you receive your copy. 

 

Why did I only get one book from my order? 

It is not the policy of Wildman’s Books to hold onto individual orders until they are fully received by us to help assure expediency on your delivery. The result of this is that your order will most likely ship in separate shipments, so if you only receive one book at a time, it is okay. We guarantee that short of a cancelation, your order will absolutely be received.
